1. Service Terms

1.1 Service Description

Taurin provides AI-powered email management services including:

  • Email organization and automation

  • AI-assisted composition

  • Contact management

  • Email analytics

1.2 Account Requirements

  • Valid business email required

  • Complete and accurate information

  • Secure credential management

2. Subscription and Payments

2.1 Pricing

  • $40 per user per month (25% lifetime discount for signups by June 30, 2025)

  • $480 per user per year (48% lifetime discount for signups by June 30, 2025)

  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

2.2 Trial Period

  • 14-day free trial

  • No credit card required for trial

  • Full feature access during trial

2.3 Subscription Terms

  • Auto-renewal enabled

  • Post-renewal notification

  • 30-day notice for price changes

  • Organization-level billing available

2.4 Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis:

  • Calculated at monthly standard rate ($30/month)

  • 20% cancellation fee applies

  • No refunds for monthly subscriptions

  • No partial month refunds

  • Performance throttling beyond limits

  • No rollover of unused operations

4.1 Administrator Rights

  • Member invitation/removal

  • Billing management

  • Usage monitoring

  • Policy enforcement

4.2 Data Access

  • Role-based access control

  • Admin audit logging

  • Member permission management

5. Security and Compliance

  • AES-256 encryption

  • Access logging

  • Regular security audits

  • Incident response plan

5.2 Compliance

  • GDPR compliance

  • CCPA compliance

  • Working toward SOC 2 certification

  • ISO 27001 certification planned

6. Service Modifications

6.1 Service Changes

  • Features may be added/removed

  • 30-day notice for material changes

  • Performance adjustments as needed

6.2 Availability

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service

  • Scheduled maintenance with notice

  • Emergency maintenance when required

7. Termination

7.1 Account Termination

  • By user: Any time with notice

  • By Taurin: Terms violation, non-payment

  • Data deletion upon termination

  • No data export provided

7.2 Post-Termination

  • Immediate access termination

  • Data retention per legal requirements

  • Final billing reconciliation

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Service provided "as is"

  • No warranty of uninterrupted service

  • Liability limited to paid amounts
