2. Subscription and Payments

  • $24 per user per month
  • $216 per user per year
  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
2.2 Trial Period
  • 7-day free trial
  • Full feature access during trial
2.3 Subscription Terms
  • Auto-renewal enabled
  • Post-renewal notification
  • 30-day notice for price changes
  • Organization-level billing available
2.4 Refund Policy
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
  • Calculated at monthly standard rate ($24/month)
  • 20% cancellation fee applies
  • No refunds for monthly subscriptions
  • No partial month refunds
