When processing data through AI providers:

• All identifying metadata is stripped before processing
• Data is unencrypted only during AI processing
• Providers are contractually bound to immediate data deletion after processing

Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI models.

• No data used for AI model training
• Processing limited to 1,000 operations per day
• Performance throttling applies when limits are reached
